A H Artistes will always make certain that all client's privacy is protected as required by GDPR regulations of 25th May 2018.

At A H Artistes we will require information to help to promote and obtain work for artistes and keep accounting records.

Typical information required would be for example, artistes name/real name, address, telephone numbers, emails, website details and any banking details (to enable payment to you)

It may be necessary to transfer personal information overseas when the booking relates to an international engagement. We will make this clear and obtain explicit permission before doing so.

We may require that you provide proof of identity by sending us a copy of a driving licence or passport and utility bill.

We will only ever share the minimum amount of private information to ensure that we can obtain work for artistes. This will be limited to clients and bookers that we work with and any legitimate government authority.

Personal data and accounting will be kept in a secure system, both in transmission and at rest.

Individuals can exercise their right to request and delete their personal information at any time. We may decline to remove information which supports a current contract or activities

A H Artistes do not share private data for marketing purposes.
